Spanner wrench holes are provided in most MTT adapter and load train components. Tighting and loosening of locking nut, split washers, coupling, platen, etc. can be accomplished with only a few spanner wrenches. To purchase a spanner wrench two thing need to be known. (ie. The outer diameter of the item to be tightened or loosened and the spanner hole in the component which must be equal to or larger than the spanner wrench pin.
