The 12” supports are fully adjustable along the base from 1/2” to 12”.  One of the supports is articulating rocker type.   All of the 12” roller pins are fully supported along the length of the pin and attached to the supports so they can pivot as needed.   The 6” four point loading head is supplied with two fully adjustable loading points.   The four point head is fully adjustable from 1/2” to 6”.   The four point loading head is pivoted on the adaption plate so the loading head may conform to twisting and bending of the test specimen.   The fixture is constructed from high strength aluminum with a protective anodizing finish.  The loading pins are constructed from stainless Steel.   The Glass Reinforced Concrete Flexure Fixture is constructed in accordance with ASTM C947. Specimen lower support span: Adjustable from 0.500” to 12.000.” Loading Points: Fully supported 1/8” radius or 1/4” diameter rollers. Four point loading head span: Adjustable from 0.500' to 6.000”. Four point loading head: Fully supported 1/8” radius or 1/4” diameter rollers. Specimen widths: Up to 12.0” Maximum Displacement of mid span: 6.0” Capacity: 500 lb.
