The cantilever plate has a rolling element sheave position above the plate with the roller tangent on the center line of the test machine.  The stationary test roller is 100mm wide and constructed from a hard coated aluminum drum.  The surface finish will be 0.75um to 1.0 um.  The web is tensioned with a 5N calibrated hanging clamp and weights.  Supplied with 5, 10, 15 and 20N hanging weights.
